Baseform reports growth

The pandemic has had, and continues to have, a significant impact on the global economy, and on water utilities in particular. Through this period and its challenges, Baseform has managed to see triple-digit growth both in financial terms, in managed infrastructure and in population served.

The Software-as-a-Service, fast deployment and web-based nature of our product, combined with the relevance and timeliness of the analytics and outcomes we provide have shown to be the answer to the needs of many utilities, both from within our existing client base, and as new business from around the world.

In 2020, the Baseform community has welcomed Consolidated Utility District (TN, USA), South Tahoe (CA, US), the Government of Virgin Islands, DRV (Hungary), Pamplona (Spain), among several others.
Baseform also launched a free offer of Baseform services to help utilities cope with the pandemic, which was widely well received, including Toulouse in France and the Canary Islands in Spain.

Our long-lasting customers, challenged by stay-at-home orders and shifting water demands, have depended even more on our services to successfully get through this troublesome period, in keeping and increasing the efficiency and the quality of the service provided to their customers. We are deeply grateful to all our clients (responsible for nearly 150,000 km of infrastructure) for their inputs and challenges which are key in helping us advance the product.
