The Town of Hillsborough (NC) will be relying on Baseform for condition assessement

Our latest client, the Town of Hillsborough in North Carolina, will be using Baseform for condition assessment to identify network sections with higher pipe breaks. This will boost proactive leak management and allow for CIP planning through the 150 miles of water lines.
