A visit by Baseform to Iguá Rio’s Operational Control Center marks another milestone in the implementation of the software across one of the largest sanitation concessions in Rio de Janeiro.

The Baseform team recently visited Iguá Rio’s Operational Control Center in Barra da Tijuca as part of the ongoing implementation of our software—launched in February 2026. The visit combined technical alignment, knowledge sharing, and mutual learning opportunities. Seeing firsthand the operation of a concession of this scale reinforces our pride in being part of this journey. Iguá Rio is responsible for providing sanitation services to approximately 1.2 million people, serving the regions of Barra da Tijuca and Jacarepaguá in the city of Rio de Janeiro, as well as the municipalities of Miguel Pereira and Paty do Alferes. This is a 35-year concession with a clear commitment: improving quality of life for the population while contributing to the preservation of water resources.  We would like to thank the Iguá Rio team for their warm welcome and partnership.
