Barrow County, GA has announced a new partnership with Baseform to provide advanced Water and Wastewater analytics to help understand their current non-revenue water and I&I situations, work towards steps to improve both and give the County the tools to implement a true risk-based Asset Management Plan. As a growing, suburban county, these tasks take on increased importance – we look forward to assisting the utility in continuing to improve their system with an eye on long-term sustainability, and to learning from a close collaboration with the Barrow County team.
