With 7+ years driving AI/ML software adoption across water utilities and municipalities; deep understanding of utility operations & maintenance - from technical requirements to regulatory compliance challenges; proven track record in business development - experienced in navigating municipal procurement processes and multi-stakeholder decisions; leadership experience - U.S. Marine Corps veteran with a collaborative approach to team building. Blair understands the unique challenges water and wastewater utilities face because he's been solving them alongside utility leaders for nearly a decade. His ability to translate complex AI/ML solutions into real operational value has helped municipalities nationwide optimize their infrastructure investments and improve service delivery. As we expand across the US and Canada, Blair will be instrumental in helping more utilities harness advanced analytics to tackle aging infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency challenges.
