CUDRC (USA) renews for 3 years

Consolidated Utility District of Rutherford County (Tennessee, USA) has been a keen and active user of Baseform, underpinning its District Metered Area (DMA) Monitoring & Central Event Management programme

The Consolidated Utility District of Rutherford County is one of the leading water services providers in Tennessee (USA), providing water services to a population of 135,000 through its network of over 1,400 miles of pipelines. The utility is also an active user of Baseform since it was selected through CUDRC's public RFP for a District Metered Area (DMA) Monitoring & Central Event Management Software in 2019.

A successful and rapid implementation, combined with CUDRC's clear goals and very motivated and highly competent team, as well as support from our partners Matchpoint (who would since become a part of McKim & Creed), has resulted in fast progress for Consolidated Utility District, not only within the goals set by the initial project and the expanding DMA program, but also in parallel tracks such as increased predictability of maintenance requirements and pipe break analysis. Baseform has now seen that success reflected in continued trust placed in us by our client, who have extended our contract for the next 3 years, until 2025.
