British Virgin Islands extend their reliance on Baseform software

BVI's Water and Sewerage Department renews with Baseform to support their pursuit of water loss management, as well as customer meter and demand management.

The Department seeks to ensure the provision of a continuous supply of safe potable water and an environmentally sound sewage disposal service to all residents of the Virgin Islands, efficiently and at affordable rates.

Baseform provides the Department with a stable and reliable platform from where to track service delivery, detect and react to network anomalies, track down real and apparent losses, and plan infrastructure investment.
