A Baseform client since 2018, the municipality of Famalicão has undertaken a remarkable journey towards greater efficiency and sustainability in the management of their water supply system. Their focus has been on operational responsiveness, event detection and water losses management, while at the same time progressively investing in the quality control of their data and in expanding their digital coverage. They have also progressively extended their software usage to customer meter management as well as asset management and renewal planning of their network.
